The Worst Roofing Job I have Ever Seen in 25 Years of Repairing Roofs and Roof Inspections. We do professional roof inspection for home owners who are in the process of buyinig a new home and sometimes we get a call from a client who is in the middle of having their roof done or their new roof was just completed and they want to make sure that they are getting the type of roofing job they are paying. This customer was getting pressured by the roofer to make the final payment and he just wasn't sure that the quality of the roofing was up to par. He wanted to have the piece of mind of getting the roofing job professionally inspected BEFORE making that final payment to the roofer. And, that was the best decision he could have made. The customer had inform me of a few red flags he was aware of that happened during the initial install. Even the roofer he choose was highly referred and had a lot of good reviews he saw on the internet he still needed us to make sure he didn't get ripped off. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
